    Here I would like to share my positive experience with Cafago.It can happen every time that an article doesn't work perfectly or is broken.However, the dealer cannot, but the manufacturer is responsible for this.I have now done something like this and I have contacted the support.The support of Cafago responded promptly and found a very satisfactory solution. Unfortunately, this is not the case with every Chinashop. Cafago is a very positive exception. I would like to thank Cafago and hope that other customers will do the same.Hier möchte ich meine positive Erfahrung mit Cafago teilen.Es kann immer mal passieren das ein Artikel nicht perfekt funktioniert oder kaputt ist.Dafür kann aber der Händler nicht, dafür ist der Hersteller verantwortlich.Mir ist nun so etwas passiert und ich habe mich an den Support gewandt.Der Support von Cafago reagierte prompt und fand eine sehr zufriedenstellende Lösung. Leider ist das nicht bei jedem Chinashop so. Cafago ist da eine sehr positive Ausnahme. Ich möchte mich bei Cafago bedanken und hoffe es geht anderen Kunden auch so.
