    Life saver! I travel some for work and I work in IT, so I need something which powers my devices without issue. My boss has been using this same model for a few years and loves it, so I got one too. When our power went out for a day during the latest hurricanes, this kept all of our phones and tablets charged under medium-heavy use for 24 hours, and it still showed 3/4 bars. Love it.

    Purchased in February but stopped working in May. Sunvalleytek replaced the defective unit in two days and did not even ask me to return the broken unit. Their quick customer service is a testament to their belief in their product.

    This powerhouse stores plenty of power to charge two phones and a tablet simultaneously! Very well built unit. Clean and compact. I highly recommend it, especially if you are looking for a major remote power source for keeping your mobile equipment charged

    I don't know how I was existing without one of these. Very, very, very useful and necessary. It can hold the charge of at least a week without use but can charge a number of devices, including phones and iPads. It has some weight but nothing that is a turn off. Once you get one and start using you will have it with you all the time. Works as advertised.

    UPDATE: I've had this charger about 3 months now and just wanted to inject a quick update. If I could give this Bank 10 stars I would. It has saved me untold times as my cellphone battery died at the worst possible times. The capacity is incredible and the charge of the Bank itself stays stable much longer and at the ready than I imagined possible.

    Buy this unit and not the upgraded model if you want plug-n-play. This unit is amazing. Oodles of power. Perfect for long car trips with kids and fishing trips (no-kids). Re-charges quickly, drains slowly while charging multiple cell phones and in it's charged state lasts forever. Charges immediately and automatically upon connecting to whatever you're charging.

    The power bank does not feel clunky, uneven or made of cheap materials. The outer layer finish is sleek and has a nice smooth texture that feels durable with a level of scratch resistant. The ports are strong when plugging in device cables to charge the devices and the included mesh padded carrying case is a nice complement to a sophisticatedly engineered power component.

    As others have reported, there is some heft to the battery, but it seems to be very powerful. I've used the battery pack to charge my Samsung android phone and a tablet and there seemed to be plenty of power remaining to charge other devices. It does take forever to charge but understandable due to the large capacity. I've only had it for about a month so time will tell if it's going to last...
